Principal - Pamela J. Halloran, CPA
Pamela has over thirteen years of experience providing auditing and accounting services for a number of audit engagements including school districts, villages, churches, CAP agencies, health clinics, WIC programs, Head Start programs, employee benefit plans, and other nonprofit organizations. As an audit and quality control principal of the firm, she performs a large portion of the audit fieldwork as well as evaluating and making recommendations concerning internal controls. Pam has worked with a wide variety of accounting and reporting systems, and has extensive experience in assisting clients with the implementation and operation of accounting and information systems. Pamela also is a resource to our firm’s professionals regarding financial accounting and reporting issues and is responsible for monitoring and maintaining our firm’s quality control procedures. As the field supervisor for our firm's audits, Pam has refined our system for planning and supervising audits, especially in the areas of administrative and accounting controls and compliance auditing.
Pam exceeds the required 80 hours of governmental continuing professional education hours semi-annually. Pamela has a BS in Business Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State College. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice public accountancy in New York and Pennsylvania. Pamela is a member of the AICPA, the NYS Society of CPAs, the Institute of Internal Auditors and a business associate member of the New York State Association of School Business Officials. Pam is a member of the Watertown Noon Rotary. She is also the treasurer of the North Country Arts Council, the JRC Foundation, and DPAO Foundation.
